Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 05 days. If 05 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Partial refunds may be issued in specific situations:
Books with visible signs of use

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed of your return.
